Domestic Shipping

We do our best to fulfill orders within 3 days so they can be on their way to your doorstep as soon as possible. If there will be any delays, we will contact you via email with updates. Shipping information will be emailed to you so you can track your package along the way. We use USPS for shipping.

International Shipping

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not fulfill international orders. Our balm has both oil and shea butter, for instance, that could melt in transit, so we would rather not take that risk so we can guarantee quality.

Returns

Defective Product Replacement or Refund

Notification to Restorie Herbals must be received within 48 hours of receipt of your order to quality for a replacement or refund. Pictures of damaged product must be included in the notification email sent to wideawakeprodnc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You may chose to have a product replacement mailed to you or a refund. Please indicate your preference in your email.

No Returns

Since this is a personal care product, we cannot resell the product once we ship it, so there are no returns. Please see above for replacement or refund policy.
